Born in Ibiza and raised on boats, the sea has always been Charlie’s passion. In 2014, he founded Smart Charter Ibiza, turning that passion into the Balearics’ leading yacht charter company.
As Sales Manager, he combines his love for the sea with hands-on work across the fleet, a dream that continues to inspire him every day.
Alessandra has called Ibiza home since she was just a month old. Her passion for yachting began when she met Charlie, and together they founded Smart Charter Ibiza, shaping it into a company defined by its people, spirit, and client-focused approach.
For Alessandra, it’s more than a business, it’s a lifelong project that continues to inspire her every day.
Originally from Valencia, Pedro left a career in banking to follow his passion for the sea. He moved to Ibiza to join Smart Charter and has been a key part of the team for over a decade.
As Operations Director, he oversees daily operations with precision, finding his greatest reward in a strong, motivated team and satisfied returning clients.
Fidi moved to Ibiza four years ago and immediately knew it was the right place to be. Since joining Smart Charter, he has grown professionally and developed a real passion for boats.
Today, he manages the company’s paperwork and administration, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
Cristina first discovered Ibiza while living in Miami, where she worked in law. The island felt instantly familiar, and she quickly fell in love with its magic.
At Smart Charter, she handles all charter enquiries, making sure every detail is taken care of. For Cristina, the best part is turning a day at sea into an experience clients never forget.
